Integrated Programme in Management
(IPM) – IIM Indore
IPMAT test is conducted by IIM Indore for the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). This programme is the first of its kind in India. This integrated course has been accredited by the Association of MBAs, AMBA London (4th and 5th Year).
What is IPMAT Exam?
IPMAT is an aptitude test conducted by IIM Indore for the admission to its five-year integrated course. It is a dual-degree programme (Bachelors + Masters) that allows entry to the IIM after passing the 12th standard. To secure admission in IPM, aspirants have to clear IPMAT entrance test. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Written Ability Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI) round.
Apart from IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak has also introduced its five-year Integrated Programme (Dual-Degree) in Management. There is a separate IPMAT for its admissions.
In addition to IIM Indore, Nirma University also accepts IPMAT scores for the admission to its 5-year integrated programme.
Why IPMAT?
This 5-year integrated programme is structured with a 3-year undergraduate course and a 2-year post-graduate course.
It is an excellent opportunity for students to get an easier entry into the IIM Indore and Rohtak compared to appearing for CAT to get an MBA degree.

IPMAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
In case of General and NC-OBC category, the candidate should have scored a minimum of 60% in class 10th/SSC and class 12th/ HSC or equivalent examination.
The candidate should be a maximum of 20 years of age as on July 31, 2021.
Candidates who will be appearing for class 12th examination or are waiting for the results can also apply for the examination
Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in 2019, 2020 or in 2021.
In case of SC, ST and PWD (DA) category, candidates should have scored a minimum of 55% in class 10th/SSC and 12th/ HSC or equivalent examination.
State Wise Eligibility Criteria
For General and NC/OBC category
Candidates should have an aggregate of 60% marks in both class 10th and class 12th or the overall score should be 1600 out of 2400 in SAT1.
SC, ST and PWD/DA category
Candidates should have an aggregate of 55% in both class 10th and class 12th or the overall score should be 1475 out of 2400 in SAT1.
The candidate should not be more than 22 years of age as on July 31, 2021
